By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
-
Scope of Representation
-
Thomas M. Wilson, Attorney at Law, and his law firm, Early Powell & Wilson, PLC ("Counsel"), agree to represent you ("Client") in relation to the primary offense you have been charged with at the named court as referenced in the email providing the link to these terms and conditions.

The representation covers legal services through trial but does not include appeals or any civil proceedings arising from the same incident.
-
-
Fee Structure
-
A flat fee of the applicable fee as communicated separately by email is required in advance and will be credited to Counsel's IOLTA account.
-
The fee is not earned until the completion of the matter. Upon completion, the fee will be transferred to Counsel's operating account.
-
The fee does not cover any court-assessed fines, costs, or additional expenses, such as court reporter and transcription costs if applicable.
-
-
Agreement to Terms by Payment
-
By making payment, you confirm your acceptance of these terms, and an attorney-client relationship is formed at the time of payment receipt.
-
If no payment is made, no attorney-client relationship exists, and Counsel has no obligation to provide legal representation.
-
-
Attorney's Right to Withdraw Counsel reserves the right to withdraw from representation under the following circumstances:
-
If an ethical conflict arises under the Virginia State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct.
-
If Client provides false or misleading statements to Counsel, the court, or any other party.
-
-

-
Client may terminate the representation at any time.
-
If representation is terminated, Counsel may bill Client for time spent and out-of-pocket expenses incurred up to that point.
-
-
No Guarantee of Outcome
-
Counsel does not promise or guarantee any specific results in Client's case.
-
Counsel will use their best efforts to obtain a satisfactory result and keep Client reasonably informed about case progress.
